“If you’re not in the arena getting your ass kicked, I’m not interested in your feedback” Brené Brown. This quote inspired me to lean into what it looks and feels like to be in the game and what it feels like to have my game judged not only by others but by my own head talk, it’s eye opening when we step back and observe these patters. I offer guidance and steps on how we can shift our thinking through awareness, breath, mind/body practices and by doing the inner work so we’re more equipped to get into the arena and play our best game. We all win when we show up and play!!
