Description

Episode #1. This is the way we set up for tapping.  9 main acupressure points are used and we go through them in this podcast.


Start using 2 or 3 fingers (your pointer, middle finger and next), and you can tap with either or both hands, the meridians we are tapping on run on both sides of your body. 


Tapping 4-10 times gently on the 9 points will help you body release stress, release emotions and help you move forward to live a healthier life.  Join me as we walk through the steps.  We normally go through the sequence 3-4 times and will be adding words and sentences as we progress in the next few pod casts.

  2. Eyebrow

  3. Side of the Eye

  4. Under Eye

  5. Under Nose

  6. Chin

  7. Collar Bone

  8. Under Arm

  9. Top of the Head
