As much as we want to think we are always in control, there are things happening around us out of our control.  


We can't control the weather, we can't control what people think of us, we can't control if our pets will bark at the mailman while you are on a conference call, or if your favorite colleague will leave the company.  So take time when you get emotional to think about what is in your sphere of control..  your actions, your reactions to what others present to you.  


When you do, you realize that working with whats in your control gives you so many more options, solutions, and ways to bring yourself forward.  


Taking a moment to tap when you get anxious, stressed, frustrated or mad, will help you process and think about what you can do right now (in our control) to keep you moving through it.   Shake your head at the rest, heck even laugh at how silly it is for you to try to control the rain outside.
