Toni Bewley, Senior Lecturer in Children’s Health, is a strong advocate for the inclusion of Service Users and Carers in the design, development and delivery of health and social care education within the Faculty of Health and Social Care.
Here Toni discusses her experiences as a carer for her own child, and why she believes service users and carers can play a pivotal role in the development and training of health professionals, helping them deliver the best possible level of care. She also discusses how you can get involved.
