Sam shared his experiences from recent standout races, including his first-place finish at the Burnie 10k where he ran 28:17 , and his second-place finish at Zatopek 10 where he ran 28:29 . We also discuss how Sam’s training has evolved over time, dating back to the training that led up to his 14:07 in the 5k that he ran when he set an U18 national record in 2019.
