Happy Monday + I hope your summer is going incredible.



Today's episode is truly about transforming your week and generating momentum for you!



Soooo...it has been a fullllll and very fun few weeks over here and I am so excited for August. It has been filled with all of the family summer stuff, activities and travel for both biz and pleasure.



To be honest, I’m usually the one staying at home and 2023/2024 have had more travel than I have probably done since having kids. Ha!



All this to say, I’m really grateful to have my feet planted at home and there have been many thoughts, feelings, shifts, evolutions of who I am and what I’m doing in my work over the last couple of weeks BECAUSE of who I am surrounding myself with and the opportunities I have said yes too. I am so grateful to continually feel supported and challenged.
