當時間逐漸過去,我們的外貌必然會出現變化,面對自己日漸變老,有人會透過整容來刻意保留青春,亦有人會選擇欣然接受。人越大,皮膚、健康雖然不及年輕時好,不過我們的內在亦會同時成長,變得成熟、有自信!如果為了保持年輕,在飲食或生活習慣過於勉強自己時,可能會因為壓力過大而出現反效果,所以最重要的是保持心境開放及取得平衡,兩位主持 Janice 與 Mayo 今集分享了自己的養生習慣,聽完後不妨與我們分享你的看法。
