「工作狂」、「奴性重」⋯⋯ 都是香港人經常自嘲的形容詞,work-life balance 就像是遙遙無期的生活,雖然大家口裏說著「不應把工作的不愉快帶回家」,但又有多少人真正做得到?如果你下班後依然為工作瑣事而煩惱,甚至影響心理健康,就是時候正視問題。認識到問題所在是第一步,接下來便要學會釋懷!面對壓力,要懂得適時放下工作,明白所有事情不會在你掌握之中,將情緒低潮視之為過渡期,並嘗試在當中尋找得著與動力,或者生活會過得輕鬆一些!
