The greatest paradox is that when we really want to be doing great, that is the time when we need to relax the most to get the result we desire. In this episode we are dealing with ongoing pressure, personal triggers and how we often react from past trauma instead of acting to what is happening in front of us. Not taking things personal and at the same time constantly improving and healing yourself, seems to be the ultimate solution and the perfect balance for healthy relationships. So, in this episode I ask; Can we act instead of react and stay true to ourselves?
