四、培養信任和安全感 Cultivates Trust and Safety

Definition: Partners with the client to create a safe, supportive environment that allows the client to share freely. Maintains a relationship of mutual respect and trust.

定義：與客戶合作創造安全且支持的環境，讓客戶可以自由自在地分享；保持相互尊重且信任的教練關係。

1. Seeks to understand the client within their context which may include their identity, environment, experiences, values and beliefs設法瞭解客戶所處的背景：包括他們的身份認同、所處環境、經歷、價值觀和信念


2. Demonstrates respect for the client’s identity, perceptions, style and language and adapts one’s coaching to the client


3. 對客戶的身份認同、觀點、風格和語言，展現尊重；調整教練方式服務客戶


4. Acknowledges and respects the client’s unique talents, insights and work in the coaching process


5. 在教練過程中，認知理解並尊重客戶的獨特天賦、洞見和行動


6. Shows support, empathy and concern for the client


7. 對客戶展現支持、同理和關懷


8. Acknowledges and supports the client’s expression of feelings, perceptions, concerns, beliefs and suggestions


9. 認知理解並支持客戶表達「感受、觀點、擔心、信念和建議」


10. Demonstrates openness and transparency as a way to display vulnerability and build trust with the clients公開透明地呈現教練自身的脆弱，與客戶建立信任關係
