Huh, never really thought about this from this perspective, but I suppose I'm in a very small minority that can say that I grew up where my ancestors settled. On virgin land BTW. There was nobody here before us, as far as anyone can tell. I'm Icelandic "native" and we've been here for some 1150ish years. The majority of the original settlers hailed from Norway.
