Grief is a space that is curated by each one of us in our own way. The most significant impact of grief is on the loss of self in more than one way.
Sameera is a Psychologist, ICF accredited Mind Wellness Coach and creator of Hope as an anchor for a fulfilled life.
Sameera specializes in Trauma and all the aspects that are created post-trauma. She is a Cognitive and Dialectical Practitioner with a degree in Mindfulness and Expressive Arts. Her therapy is centred on you and on our mutually decided intentional outcome. Sameera has used her own journey through grief to create intentional processes that help people be one with themselves. Her practice is a journey to accept the shattered self and rejuvenate the evolved one.
