In this episode, we will explore some of the things that I’ve learnt to appreciate in my journey as OOK, from a cultural point of view as well as a bigger-picture perspective in the areas of life and purpose.

Skateboarding is so unique because of the way that we can share the space with so many different people from all different walks of life. It is the individuality found in Skateboarding that can empower us to roll through in full expression of ourselves, through the tough times and tough people that can challenge our day-to-day functioning in physical, mental, emotional and spiritual capacities.
