Easy simple steps to making a gluten-free mayonnaise
Here are the ingredients that you will need:
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
250 mis of virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
Method:
place the egg yolks into a mixer with the dijon mustard and whisk for about 4 minutes, then slowly add your olive oil, this will go into a solid form, then add your lemon juice, and garlic if you like, and now you have a simple quick mayonnaise.
Gluten free!!
