We together can do our part in the environment. There is so much we can do that will create a space in our kitchen, family, community, environment, and future by not throwing away our leftovers.
- make a frittata with leftover pasta, or chicken what ever.
- make a salad
- make a soup
- make tacos, burritos
- turn our dinner into lunch
- stirfries
- casseroles
- toasties
- make a bruschetta with stale bread.
- put stale toasted bread into our minestrone soups
- put them into a caesar salad
- create a seasonal bruschetta one for winter, one for summer, autumn and spring.
- make stock with left over trimmings.
- put our trimmings into our compost or into our garden.
