We start off with a recap of Josh's top 10 run at the Vermont 100 after early onset nausea. Then we get a little sideways talking about Sam's preparation for Grindstone 100 and triage foot and shoe issues.
Finally we get to it! The Eastern States 100 2024 Edition and celebrating some of the top contenders competing for an axe this year!
