As such, he is responsible for overseeing Public Works, Engineering, Planning and Community Development, Economic Development, Parks and Recreation, and Emergency Management. In addition, he is responsible for a variety of additional initiatives and facilities, including the City's process improvement program and Big League Dreams.

Davis began service with the City of League City on March 13, 2023.
