AMAZING BOOK
I was told many years ago that I was an empath. It has been some years since I really have tapped I to it because I had put up barriers. I felt so overwhelmed all the time. I really couldn't figure out why I hated to go shopping until today. This book explained me to a T down to the very last page. Thank you for writing this book. Maybe my husband will understand me better now after he reads it.

I'm a very sensitive person. I didn't understand it before. I hated it actually. This book is suited for me. It helped me understand more of the positive things of being an empath than with the negative things that I always have in my mind. This book has taught me so much in learning to control my emotions and abilities.A lot of important information has been provided in this book.I was actually impressed by how much useful information is squeezed in such a short book.Author has described every single thing very clearly with some proper examples.Such an excellent book.Highly recommended.

Empaths people are good listener
This is a very well-written book on an interesting topic that I hadn't considered before. Everything was laid out very thoughtfully, concise and easy to understand. I am impressed with the wealth of knowledge that the author imparts and found the writing very entertaining as well. I recommend this book to anyone who would like to take a break from the mundane and read about something a little off the beaten path. It tells you how to know if your an empath, the downsides, the upsides and coping strategies too!
