Because of this, Im slowly starting to appreciate an empath. It was only now that I became aware of the 6 types of empath in this world. I noticed some unremarkable flaws with the book, but I still opt to re-listen this compared to the others.

Excellent book for people who thought there was something wrong with them but in reality our gifts are special and to be cherished. Each chapter helped me know that I am not broken the world is. Each chapter has much to help us navigate the world and know that each of us empaths are very valuable to this planet.
