How to Study Poker volume 2 is another must buy if you are serious about improving your poker playing.
If you were like me several months ago you would buy the newest poker book out there and finish it in a week or 2 and add a few new things to your game and go onto the next book. Not anymore after reading Skyâs 1st book âHow to Study Poker Volume 1â I have used the techniques to work on my game in a new and better way and i am blown away by how much I am learning.
Skyâs 2nd book is another winner you must buy if you are serious about improving your poker playing. This book is the continuation on the best way to study poker. In this book Sky not only adds new things to do in your poker studies but actually goes through a 28 day schedule of his own work as he works on improving his game. You get to watch in detail how he is using everything you have learned from Volume 1 and how to apply it to your own studies. He will also show you the tools he used and how to use them to so you can improve your poker game. As I read through this book I kept going over my own work based on my studies and thanks to this book realized I had applied some things I had learned I Volume 1 improperly but also saw ways to make my studies more efficient. One thing I must say is I WISH THIS BOOK WAS WRITTEN MUCH SOONER. Many years sooner. I used to use Poker tracker and like many players I used the heads up display a lot. Just what I learned on poker tracker and what it can do is worth the price alone for this book. I never knew many of the things he did were possible until reading this book.
It does not matter if you are new to the game or a seasoned poker player. I consider myself a mid level player with 15 years experience, but How to Study Poker Volume 1 and 2 maybe the most important poker books i have read. I am about to start my 6th week into another book using the technique's Sky has show me and the amount on information i am getting out of this book is amazing.
