Susan Lindeque is an entrepreneur and executive with more than three decades of experience leading organizations on three continents. Currently, she serves as CEO for Florida-based Avestix, a woman-led investment firm she founded that specializes in asset and wealth management and investing in commercial real estate and companies that leverage AI, blockchain, quantum computing, and other cutting-edge technologies. 

She recently expanded the Avestix ecosystem to include Avestix Empowerture, a network created for alternative asset investors, and The Avestix Fortuna Women Empowerment Network, a female-focused, interactive platform that enables women entrepreneurs to access a global network of women leaders and influencers who offer their insights and advice. Before launching Avestix, Susan served in leadership roles with KOMATSU Australia, a leading manufacturer and supplier of heavy equipment, technologies, and services. She also served as Chief Financial Officer for the South African arm of MTU Solutions, a Rolls Royce subsidiary focused on sustainable, climate-neutral power solutions. 

Throughout her career, she has raised, invested, financed, and managed more than $1 billion in real estate, private credit, private equity and venture capital endeavors, She has also managed assets and wealth on behalf of families, individuals, institutional investors, and corporations and offered corporate and business advisory services to private and public companies.
