This is a gentle mindset meditation that moves through thoughtful self-reflection,  inviting you to notice parts of your journey that might be overlooked when the focus is only on the destination. It’s a loving practice designed to help you slow down and come home to the now, where life is truly happening. This meditation is meant to inspire your mindset moving forward.
