🧭 This meditation is all about learning to trust your inner compass. So often, we get stuck in logic, fear, or the urge to control outcomes… but beneath all of that lies our deepest inner knowing. When we stop forcing what doesn’t feel right, we learn to surrender to what lives in alignment with our greater truth. 


In this practice, you’ll be guided to pause, return to your body, and listen closely to the signals, values, and intentions that live within. By creating space to connect with this deep wisdom, you’ll strengthen the trust in your own self.


This is a meditation to come back to whenever you feel uncertain, pulled in different directions, or simply need to remind yourself that you already hold the answers.
