Description

At first, etiquette and mental health do not seem to go together.  But when you examine how they are intertwined, you will be surprised.  A first step in dealing with people when it causes you anxiety, remember, do not take what people say and do personally.  Increase your own self-care to find peace, and happiness.

Listen as Kathy and Debbie discuss personal development and the simplicity of using “please” and “thank you,” like you would salt and pepper to create a connection of positivity and increase the well-being of not just yourself but those around you.
