Starting on a healthier life journey doesn't have to be costly. In fact it doesn't have to cost a dime. Listen for the simple, mostly free things you can do to stay vibrant at any age. Simple things like breathing! Yes BREATHING. I know, I know, you will say I already breath, but do you breath deep into your body, filling your lungs and your cells with life giving oxygen. Try it. Breath in to the count of 5, hold for count of 6 and exhale for count of 7. Do that several times. Now make a practice of doing that several times a day. It is energizing, calming and so good for you!
