In an era of technology, we cannot overlook the development of OUR inner technology. There is a quote given to Einstein that says, “The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant.”
In fact, both aspects of our mind are important to cultivate and maintain healthy. On this episode, I discuss the importance of increasing our connection to our senses and intuition. This is where we channel the best ideas and visions for our lives, and the rational mind helps us take the tangible steps toward the realization of these ideas.
