Bec decided to jump into business when her daughter Pippa was only 4 months old when she found a gap in the fitness market for pregnant and post-partum women, she has since worked tirelessly to create a calm and inclusive training space not only for Mums or mums-to-be but women who want to feel empowered and train at a female gym where community is key.
