After selling in 2018, Morgan co-founded Monarch Social, a vibrant, full-service digital marketing agency in Salt Lake City that boasted the award-winning Monarch Social video podcast.

It was on this podcast that Morgan’s passion for teaching and sharing marketing insights flourished. After five exciting years, Morgan sold Monarch Social and set out to launch what was always going to be his next career move – a business solely dedicated to business and marketing strategy.
