You’re an Inventor when you design solutions that bring about change. Inventors are designers and begin the invention process with the user, the person––the human––in mind. They prioritize people before content. They also embrace the longview and invent in collaboration with others.

By placing humanity at the center of all design, the Human School seeks to share an evolving story of learning and its impact on the world.

We live and use a four point framework –– The Human School Compass (Objector, Inventor, Curator, and Storyteller) –– to provide a new lens to explore and uncover the mindshifts necessary to realize a fully human-centered, transformed learning experience where all are seen, heard, and valued.
