You’re a Storyteller when you reflect on what you learned being an Objector, an Inventor, and a Curator, and you share that story with the world. When storytellers share, they are uncovering and exposing what happened and this new story is used as an opportunity to learn, to help others learn, and to inform future iterations, inventions, and curations. By placing humanity at the center of all design, the Human School seeks to share an evolving story of learning and its impact on the world. We live and use a four point framework –– The Human School Compass (Objector, Inventor, Curator, and Storyteller) –– to provide a new lens to explore and uncover the mindshifts necessary to realize a fully human-centered, transformed learning experience where all are seen, heard, and valued.
