Ep 77 - Jingjin Liu - Redefining Success: Women on Their Own Terms
Description
Women Empowerment
Summary:
In this episode, I sit down with Jingjin Liu — a visionary entrepreneur and passionate advocate for women’s empowerment.
Jingjin’s career is as inspiring as it is unconventional. She began in the male dominated automotive industry, becoming WABCO’s youngest Global Marketing Director, managing an $800 million portfolio and driving more than $200 million in growth. She went on to co-found ASBO Drives Technology, which revolutionised rural agriculture in China before its successful acquisition. Later, she launched ZaZaZu, Asia’s first sexual wellbeing hub, breaking cultural taboos and empowering women to own their sexuality.
Today, as founder of The ELEVATE Group, Jingjin is focused on challenging limiting beliefs, breaking down systemic barriers, and helping women step fully into their power.
In our conversation, we explore:
- The emotional and social pressures women face today — and why so many feel “torn”
- The hidden costs of “doing it all” and the doubts that follow women at every stage
- How cultural conditioning shapes confidence from childhood into the workplace
- Why redefining your values and ‘non negotiables’ is the key to standing strong
- The role of communities in fostering empowerment — and why women must lift each other up
If you’ve ever struggled with selfdoubt, with balancingcareer and family, or with the inner conflict of trying to live up to expectations, this episode will resonate deeply. It’s an invitation to pause, reflect, and redefine success on your own terms.
