In every generation, and in daily living, we could identify with the sentiment that "these are difficult times". Whether it is related to international or current affairs, or experiences in your immediate surroundings, there are many reasons why we may lose heart or become skeptical.
In part 2, I discuss the importance of keeping our hearts open so that we can act from courage and commitment rather than pure reactivity, in both interpersonal relationships AND society at large.
