Irma Neal is the former Deputy Mayor of the city of Indianapolis, Indiana and Director of Human Services with more than 30 years of experience in government and corporate sectors. She has dedicated her career to transforming human services and financial literacy and has spent over 15 years as a business owner and consultant, working with government agencies, schools, and private organizations. Growing up in a family facing financial hardship, Irma learned early the importance of money management, which fueled her lifelong passion for economic education.
