As someone who is still healing from a severe Vata digestive imbalance, I have committed myself to truly understanding what it takes to heal and increase Agni for the past year. Here are my best tips so that you can (hopefully) skip the textbooks and start with the most helpful, longlasting healing practices!
And remember: digestion is the cornerstone of health because we are holistic beings. You can't change one thing without changing everything; if you are struggling to digest food and nutrients, it is more than likely that your mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies may be struggling to process events and experiences, too.
