She’s the creator of several online programs including The Highly Sensitive & Soulful Membership and Sensitive & Soulful Self-Worth. Alissa also offers business mentorship to HSPs, hosts a podcast called The Sensitive & Soulful Show, and writes for the award-winning HSP blog, Highly Sensitive Refuge.
