Jacob shares a real time experience of losing a job, and we discuss how these changes emotionally effect individuals in these situations. Chad also shares some heartfelt experiences, and brings some hard hitting numbers and figures into the picture, showcasing the finacial costs of these tendencies in our job marketplace.
