Service industry workers suffer from a higher rate of mental health issues, higher addiction issues, almost all of us experience on the job stress, and many of us are pushed to a breaking point. We sit down with Jasmin Parks-Papadopoulos from CHOW (Culinary Hospitality Outreach Wellness) about the causes of these issues, changes that we can make to better take care of each other in our industry, and the incredible work their organization is doing to shift the service industry culture.
