I feel like I have been waiting for this episode. As a highly sensitive person(HSP) myself, I know how much this impact my life and how little this is talked about and understood in wider society. This is why this episode is very special to me. 


I have the pleasure of sitting down with my fellow HSP, Magnolia Neya, who is a holistic health guide for highly sensitive people. She help HSPs to overcome their gut issues, low energy levels & moods through holistic nutrition and mindfulness practices. And, this is exactly what we sit down to talk about. 


Magnolia and I chat about: 


- What does it mean to be highly sensitive & which aspects of your body, mind, life does it impact?


- Why being introverted and HSP is far from the same thing, and what differentiate the two.


- How can you start to live in alignment with your high sensitivity & support somebody who has this trait in your community? 


- Why is it so connected to gut health? And why it is extra important for HSP's to have a diet that agrees with them and their gut. 


- Why today's high-paced & over-stimulated society doesn't agree with most HSP? And how to combat that?
