Recently diagnosed with Prostate Cancer, Frank reflects on the importance that health is playing in his journey, the love for his family and the joy to be found in simple pleasures such as a daily 7km walk and a new puppy.
Tune in as Frank honesty expresses what it's like to be part of an older generation, sometimes unseen by society but still has an important part to play in shared wisdom for us all.
