- Prioritize the time for your business: I’ll use her words, “ You’re building an empire you don’t have time to do anything else.” Honor your time that you spend on your business. Create time blocks to spend on certain tasks.
- If you get behind, be gentle on yourself. Take hot baths and go on walks. Do something that your craving to do. It’s ok to step away.
- At the beginning of your week make a list of priorities of what you need to complete by the end of it.
- Listen to your body and know when you’ve had enough.
