Episode: 51: The transformative power of CHOICE! A conversation with Maceo Tendaji
Description
Project Roots and Wings building a bridge between who you are and who you are BECOMING!
“Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms – to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.”
Viktor Frankl
Alchemy is defined as, A seemingly magical process of transformation, creation, or combination.
If one holds to the belief that the past happens to you then choice may be challenging. If you believe that your past happens for you, then you see choice as a step in the process of transformation. The Power of many positive choices made over time and the accompanying decisiveness, are keys to understanding the story of today’s guest. Choice is transformative in a positive or negative way. It is our prayer that today’s episode will encourage you to choose yourself and value yourself.
Scott and his guest Maceo Tendaji talk about the choices that he made early in his life and how they shaped his character and habits. Maceo shares how he found his passion and calling converge after a class in high school tapped into his creative core. We hope that Maceo’s story is inspiring and encouraging. The heart of this podcast is how turning the word “NO” from a negative and demotivating energy, to a more positive and motivating one has transformed how he approaches life. This podcast was so fun to do.
