Knowing the “WHY” behind what they want to accomplish is more important than the “How”. Those reasons are the juice that propels leaders forward to accomplish their set out missions and lead their businesses and people.
To keep your employees engaged and fulfilled, your team always wants to know that their contribution in their roles matters and that they are always contributing to something bigger than themselves to a higher purpose and vision that you set out as a leader. This is where the leader’s vision comes into play. The clearer the leader’s vision is, the clearer the team will be as to how they are contributing to the company and how they are serving the customers and beyond and why their work matters.

Can they do the job? 2. Will they do the job well in the long term? 3. Are they the right team fit? And lastly, “Do I want to spend a lot of time around them? These are crucial questions in ensuring that the right team member is coming on board since we all know how costly turnover is. So, bringing the right team member on board from the get go is very important in saving time, resources and money for your business.
