Come along with me as I discuss the strategy of Be There, Be Real, and Be You in order to build the relationships you needs for a successful coaching program.
Section 1: Be There - Be present in conversations by putting away your technology, greeting people by name and asking how they are doing , and asking clarifying questions.
Section 2: Be Real - Be your authentic self by allowing teachers to meet your genuine self, having difficult conversations and withholding judgement.
Section 3: Be You - Be you be letting your light shine and encouraging others to follow their paths.
