We catch up on day to day life in the city of light currently on lockdown, his road to winning the Diageo Startender, bartending competition which led him to making drinks at the 2019 Oscars where he got to hang with the likes of Quentin Tarantino and was so busy he didn't realize he was serving Joaqin Phoenix until he was gone.
