In Episode 1, Pauline interviews her friends about their experience with loss and grief. After her groups of friends experience two suicides, Pauline decides to catch up with them and see how they are now. Dr Robin Anderson and Peter Wilson will also be interviewed about the recent rising of suicides in young people.
