In the part 2 of trying to define indigenous people and the last episode of Season 2, Tiemo and Aljaz take a look at the definitions brought forward by the African Commission and the African Court of Human Rights. With these two definitions, several difference are observed and Tiemo and Aljaz try to explain reasons behind that. At the end, they offer the reflections on this two part episode and state general comments on the whole situation of being indigenous people and the controversies which have arisen from that.
