Description
The Irish season is over after a somewhat disappointing performance in Arlington against a truly special Alabama squad. The team will now need to figure out what went wrong and learn for future seasons, which is what Cooper and Jack attempt on this show. (0:47 ) The pair began with Alabama's offense, describing how Alabama moved with such ease and trying to determine whether a talent mismatch or schematic shortcomings caused most of the Irish problems. (8:54 ) They then moved into the Irish offense, discussing their conservative game plan and why they weren't able to hang with Alabama's high flying offense. (21:17 ) They finish up with a brief discussion of where Notre Dame goes from here (though this will get its own full episode at a later date) and sign off from a great first season of Shake Down The Numbers.
