Description

We all have pet peeves. For some reason, most of mine tend to happen at the grocery store.

It bugs me when the person in front of me has 35 items in the “10 items or fewer” lane or when someone is walking really slowly or taking up the entire aisle with their cart.

My latest pet peeve has to do with the ubiquitous pop up ads that appear anytime I am trying to read something online. Even worse, the X to close the ad seems to be getting much smaller than it used to be.

Pet peeves. Frustrations. Annoyances. We all have them in our personal lives and we definitely have them as we lead our schools. That said, there is a big difference between pet peeves and getting super frustrated about something.

Over the last few months, about 60% of my coaching clients have been really frustrated with the same specific issue at their schools. The good news is that, if you are dealing with this frustration as well, I can give you strategies to make it better.

On today’s episode of the PSLP we are going to discuss The #1 Frustration Of Private School Leaders Right Now (And What To Do About It).

Thank you for taking me along with you when you are walking the dog, driving to school or running errands. I appreciate you and what you are doing for the lucky kids and teachers at your school. Thanks so much for listening and thanks for making a difference!
