I hadn't planned on doing an episode on Attachment Theory but the more I dive into different parenting recommendations the more I see "attachment" cited as the reasoning behind recommendations. I thought it would be useful to look at attachment from a psycho-spiritual-scientific lens, to see what we are really talking about when we talk about "attachment".
