This week on the pod I chat to my reiki healer Ann Traynor. Ann shares her story on how reiki can into her life. She was unwell, her health as suffering and found is hard to go outside the door and go to the point where her doctor said she needed a colostomy bag. Ann decided from that point this wasn't going to happen and opened herself to a new journey of healing and welcomed the power of reiki.
We chat about what reiki is, what it can do for you and the power that our bodies have. I open up about my experience with it and recently doing Reiki Level 1 with Ann which was a life changing encounter.
Reiki is like having an awakening in your life, but you have to be guided to it. It come to you when you least expect it and from that moment you will be on a new spiritual journey. Not only has it changed my life but can change yours too.
